Restoring Trust. Rebuilding Foundations. Renewing Hope.
At Cornerstone Counseling, the mission is to help couples and families rebuild strong, lasting foundations after the pain of betrayal and infidelity. I believe that even in the most broken seasons, healing is possible, trust can be restored, and peace can be found.
The Mission
I am dedicated to walking alongside couples as they navigate the complex and deeply personal journey of betrayal recovery. The focus is on helping marriages move from secrecy and hurt toward:
· Transparency
· Integrity
· Emotional safety
· Deepened connectedness
Just as a cornerstone supports and stabilizes an entire structure, a restored foundation of trust strengthens not only a marriage — but the entire family.
My mission is deeply reflected in the promise of Scripture:
Isaiah 28:16:
“See, I lay a stone in Zion, a tested stone, a precious cornerstone, a sure foundation; the one who believes will never be shaken.”
This verse captures the heart of our work — building something tested, secure, and unshakable even after hardship. Healing does not erase the past, but it can create a stronger, steadier future.
Supporting the Whole Family
Infidelity does not only impact two individuals. It affects the entire family system — including children. At Cornerstone Counseling, I recognize the ripple effects betrayal creates and am passionate about supporting the whole family unit.
My approach considers:
· The emotional well-being of both partners
· The needs of children navigating confusion or instability
· Rebuilding safety within the home
· Creating open, honest pathways for communication
· Healing a marriage helps heal a family.
· A Personal and Grounded Approach
Who I am
As a wife and mother of two boys, I understand the beauty, complexity, and vulnerability of family life. I also understand the courage it takes to confront painful chapters and choose restoration.
My love for the outdoors — hiking, running, and staying active in nature — reflects how I view the healing process. Like a long trail, recovery requires endurance, honesty, and steady steps forward. Some paths are steep, but with guidance and support, they lead to strength and clarity.
Having embarked on my own healing journey, I bring not only professional commitment but personal understanding to this work. I believe wholeheartedly that healing is not only possible, but growth can emerge from pain, couples can rebuild stronger than before, and families can rediscover peace.
If your marriage has been impacted by infidelity or betrayal, you are not alone. There is a path forward — one built on truth, accountability, and renewed connection.
At Cornerstone Counseling, I am here to help you rebuild your cornerstone and create a future grounded in trust, resilience, and hope.
Healing begins with one brave step.
